As a first time user of 99designs I was a bit skeptical and unsure that I would get what I wanted out of the process. We got more that we could have asked for from one of your talented designers. A concept that was far above what we thought was possible and we are exstatic with the result. I would strongly recommend 99designs for future projects - at the end of the day if it doesn't work out you don't pay. Low risk vs massive reward.
