This was my first experience with 99designs and it was overwhelming, not only in terms of the number of designs submitted BUT the quality of the work. Notwithstanding the quality or talent in a single creative agency, there is no substitute for the broad scope of quality, crowdsourced creativity we encountered by using 99designs! We have already recommended the service and would absolutely call on 99designs for our next creative project. Kudos to the very responsive staff and all the designers that responded to our contest.
