It's target audience consists of office and industrial owners or tenants. As per the design terms client wanted a clean and modern look with newsletter like design.
I took clean and material design approach while designing this website. Used transparent background which you can change of-course. Also, added \"Team\" and \"Featured Listings\" section. I used yellow , orange and black color scheme to make it more elegant and appealing. Free fonts , Free Stock Photo and 1200 Grid System are also used. You can customize and change it like the way you want. Hope you like it!
