This book cover design was created for “1001 Hockey Facts for Young Hockey Fans” a fun, energetic, and educational read aimed at kids and teens who love hockey. The concept focused on capturing the excitement of the game with dynamic player imagery, bold typography, and a cool blue ice-rink atmosphere that appeals to a younger audience.
I balanced readability with visual impact, ensuring the title stood out clearly while maintaining a cohesive look across the front, spine, and back cover. The layout was designed for both print and digital formats, following publishing standards for alignment, bleed, and text spacing.
This design went on to win first place in a book cover contest, recognized for its strong composition, thematic accuracy, and appeal to its target audience.")
