The cafe is targeted towards all ages and demographics and will serve foods that are inclusive to an array of dietary needs and palates . Maydan Café’s mission is to provide a gathering space for community engagement and connection, to serve quality foods using as many organic and local ingredients as possible and to integrate sustainable practices while achieving these goals. Community + Local + Sustainable. The cafe's interior decor is simple and includes plants and books.")
