Background information
Organization name
The brochure is to be distributed to retailers therefore there is to be no company name shown. Our company sells memorials to retailers in Ireland and our brochure will be used by our retailers to show our products to their customers.
Description of the organization and its target audience
The target audience are families who have recently lost a loved one in their family and are looking for a suitable memorial to erect in their memory.
Visual style
Style/theme ideas
The style of the brochure must be fitting to the subject and as such an understated background that promotes the product in a sensitive way. The main objective is to promote our best selling memorials and I have included below a folder of these products. The pictures in the folder marked "important photos" should be given prominence above the others. While the brochure must be of a sensitive nature we do not want it to appear morbid and as such I feel bright pastel colours would be appropriate.

Brochure to design
We want the brochure to be in booklet form of roughly 25 pages but we are open to other ideas, as long as our products are displayed to their best advantage.
Paper size
Requirements - front of brochure
The front of the brochure should include one central picture which is marked "front cover" in the folder. It should also include a heading that reads "Precious Memories" and a subheading "Natural Stone Memorials". At the bottom of the front page we need a blank box where our retailers can stamp their trade name , this box should be roughly 4.5in X 2 inches.
Requirements - body of brochure
The body of the brochure should include as stated the pictures in the attached file in keeping with the style we have stated above.
Requirements - back of brochure
The back cover should include two photos that are marked "Back cover" in the file below. We have attached the writing that is to be included on this page but we leave the design of the back cover to your discretion.
What to avoid
Avoid making the brochure in any way morbid and instead keep it bright but not gaudy.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
