WANTED: T-shirt design for NIJIBOX / NIJIBOXのためにTシャツをデザインしてください！

Please design a T-shirt for our company, 株式会社NIJIBOX (NIJIBOX Co.,Ltd. ) http://nijibox.jp/ We believe that “putting your soul into creating/making will change the world” and with this motto in mind, we aim to create internet services and the future of society. NIJIBOX was established in November 2010 as a spinoff from one of Japan’s leading enterprises, Recruit and it’s R&D arm, Media Technology Lab. Our company is still young and we are working hard to grow and to bring happiness to world. We would like an illustration for a T-shirt that portrays this. The T-shirt will be used at company information sessions, events, merchandise, so we would like the design to have a catchy focal point that also includes our company name that is easy to spot at a glance. 〜Design〜 ・The design will be on the front side of the t-shirt. ・Company name must be included. You can start creating the logo design first, but please include the company name later on. ・Illustration only for the design. No photos. ※ The winning design may be used in the future for other purposes, such as stickers and pens, so please keep this in mind when creating the design! ーーー 今回皆様にお願いしたいのは、 「魂を込めたモノづくりは必ず世界を変える」 をモットーにインターネットでのものづくりをしている 株式会社NIJIBOXのTシャツデザインになります！ http://nijibox.jp/ ニジボックスは、2010年11月に株式会社リクルートのＲ＆Ｄ機関 メディアテクノロジーラボより分社独立した会社です。 まだまだ会社としては若くこれからどんどん 自分たちのモノヅクリの力を磨いて 世界に幸せをもたらしたいと考えておりますので 「魂を込めたモノづくりは必ず世界を変える」が 表現されているイラスト制作をお願いいたします！ Ｔシャツの仕様用途としては、 会社説明会、イベントでの着用、販促用を考えていますので アイキャッチがきいていて、一目で会社名もわかる様なデザインがいいです。 ～デザイン～ ・デザイン部分は前面でお願いいたします。 ・社名はマストでいれてください。 　ロゴからデザインして頂いて大丈夫です。 ・写真ではなく、イラストでお願いいたします。 ※今回選ばれたデザインについては、Tシャツ以外にも使用する 　 可能性もありますので、そちらも加味してデザインしてください！ 　（例）ステッカー、ボールペンなど。

Other Information: ～Final Files Format～ For the winning design, please provide us with .ai (Adobe Illustrator) file format.
