Wir sind Bausachverständige bzw. Baugutachter. Als zertifizierte Bausachverständiger bzw. Baugutachter für die Bewertung von Immobilien und Schäden an Gebäuden bieten wir ein vielseitiges Leistungsspektrum zu dieser Thematik. Zum Tätigkeitsfeld gehört sowohl die Erstellung von Privat-, Gerichts- und Versicherungsgutachten bei Schäden nebst Verkehrswertermittlung von Gebäuden, als auch eine umfassende Beratung und die zuverlässige Begleitung für private Bauherren, Behörden, Grundstücksverwaltungen sowie für Bau- und Handwerksfirmen. Wir beraten Sie beim Hauskauf und Hausverkauf. Zudem sind wir für Sie als Gutachter für die Wertermittlung von bebauten und unbebauten Grundstücken tätig, bewerte Bauschäden und -mängel oder vertreten Sie als Immobilienberater und Bausachverständiger. Unsere Zielgruppe sind Menschen zwischen 35 bis 60 Jahre alt, männlich und weiblich.
