Laufen - die natürlichste Fortbewegungsart der Welt, „Adding life to years“, Laufen verbessert nachhaltig die Lebensqualität, Laufen stärkt Herz und Knochen, schützt vor Demenz, reduziert Ängste und Depressionen und kann helfen, die allgemeine Gesundheit zu verbessern. Wer zwei- bis dreimal pro Woche läuft, gewinnt Lebenszeit – im Schnitt sechs Jahre.
