I developed a small device that is able to read the muscle’s electrical activity and send it to a smartphone. Therefore a patient whose ability to perceive his/her own muscular activity has been impaired by a neurological or other disorder is able to gain access to his/her own muscular activity in a smartphone. This creates a simple artificial proprioception system, which will aid in the patient’s recovery

The concepts I’d like to transmit are: rehabilitation, movement / muscle, easy to use, portable. If possible I’d like to convey the idea of telemetry. The product is oriented to a wide-range of ages, no gender or ethnic preference. It could be used by elderly, mid-age, young and kids. It should be visually appealing, easy to see (consider that is also oriented to people that can have visual problems) I personally like greens, blues, but I’m completely open to different color palettes (see the arduino packaging below). The logo and the app screenshots can be used to obtain different colors and convey the idea of a more unified system, rather than separated components. I have no problems with a dark or black or any background. The packaging itself could be a cardboard box. I prefer soft surfaces (not corrugated). I’d like the box that can be reused. I’d like the patient to use it to store and transport the device. I’ve seen that some cardboard packaging systems incluye a small magnet to snap-close it.
