About our company: In our small oil mill we produce a fresh variety of oils for cooking, salads, and culinary enjoyment. Our main values stand for orgaic, sustainability, fairness, nature protection, and social responsibility. The oil mill Solling was found in 1996, the first oils were sold personally on farmers markets. Meanwhile there are now over 100 different varieties oil specialties. To this day, most of our work is done by hand. The oils are still produced in small machines, also the filtration, filling, labeling and shipping is a lot of manual hand work. In addition to linseed from the region and coconuts from Sri Lanka, we attach great importance to a long-term, mutually respectful relationship with our suppliers.
