Zielgruppe Erwachsene und Kinder die Pflegebedürftig sind - Mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen - Mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen - Mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen Pflegende Angehörige zur Entlastung Als Betreuungs- und Aktivierungsmaßnahmen in Einzelbetreuung werden wir daher Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten ausführen, die das Wohlbefinden oder die psychische Stimmung des zu betreuenden Menschen in positivem Sinne ... Zu unseren Tätigkeiten gehören zum Beispiel: • Unterstützung im Haushalt • Kochen und backen • Kreatives gestalten • Musik hören, singen • Brett- und Kartenspiele • Spaziergänge und Ausflüge • Besuch von kulturellen Veranstaltungen, Sportveranstaltungen und Friedhöfen • Lesen und Vorlesen • Begleitung bei Arztbesuchen, Behördengängen und Einkäufe Die Leistungen werden in der Regel montags bis freitags in der Zeit von 8 Uhr bis...
