About us
I will beginnen a Yoga School at Oktober. That should wake interest for women and men. It should combinaded the Idea from Moviment (70%) and Relax (30%) , also "time for yourself" , meditation, silence, force & stretching, "get energy through calm down". For adult people. In the Website I also will advertise others courses that are during the Lektion combinaded with yoga like: Pelvic muscle training after birth, Buggyfit (Outdoor Training for Mothers with Buggy) and Pilates.
