English Translation: I provide a online shape-up service for workers as “Shape-Up Partner”. Lifestyle related disease is one of big issues in Japan. Exercising regularly and eating healthy food can help everyone to have a mentally and physically healthy life. You can get a confident after losing your weight with exercises and healthy diet rather than supplements or health products. The problem with losing weight is that exercises are hard work for most of people. Therefore many people give up on gym or regular exercises. Shape-Up Partner assist you to get exercises and healthy diet as a daily routine by using videos, voice messages and text books. I provide the knowledge, how to think and the tip of how to get exercises and healthy diet in daily routine. The aim is to get fit body rather than just losing weight.
