PETOPHARM pflegt ein medizinisch angehauchtes sowie stillvolles Image, dass keine visuellen Verbindungen zum (hanf)pflanzlichen Ursprung der Inhaltsstoffe der Produkte aufweist. Die Produkte sollten medikamentenähnlich designt sein, um dem Konsumenten zusätzliche Sicherheit beim Einkauf geben zu können, sowie einzelne Schriftzüge hervorgehen. Das Logo soll glamourös und luxuriös wirken. Als Inspiration dafür dienen Premium-Marken wie Louis Vitton, Esté Lauder, Schwarzkopf etc. PETOPHARM vertritt ein luxuriöses Image. Das Logo soll medizinisch/klinisch angehaucht sein und hochprofessionell wirken. Die Produkte werden in Fachgeschäftern und auch in Apotheken zukünftig angeboten.
