New logo wanted for Brüpond Brewery

Brüpond Brewery is a new concept for the London market place. We will be traversing the earth with our innovative beers. The base of each beer is born from the German and Belgium traditions of brewing, but there is an American craft brew flair and some London zing that will lead to new and interesting culinary experiences for the consumer. When consumers see our product they will know that it is of the highest quality, with an extremely strong level of thought and care going into each bottle. When they hold the bottle, they will know that there is something particularly interesting that will come from it. And finally, when they do pop the cap, and take a long sniff of the freshly released hop and malt aromas, and then slowly pour the liquid into their goblet and have a long sip, they will let out a long satisfied sigh of a beer well chosen. We want to bring the world of beer to every consumer. We want to make a lager for a wine lover, a porter for a foodie, an IPA for a beer lover and a Dark Chocolate Stout for someone who has never had a beer for the sole purpose of tasting it. We will have beers that will be good to start the night, and beers that will be good to end the night. Beers that come from ancient texts, and beers influenced by modern gastro pub food. Ultimately there will most likely be 4 regular beers, and a load of experimental and seasonal beers (similar in concept to Dog Fish Head or Unibroue). At the end of the day Brüpond Brewery will be for explorers...

It is important to note the London market place. Even in good beer bars, the taps are prominent, and most people order pints instead of bottles. The logo must be distinctive, and easily recognizable from a distance (2-3 meters). As well, the logo needs to fit on the top of a bottle cap, though, it could be a shrunk down version of a larger image. When designing this logo consider our name: 'Brü' should bring about the idea of Germany and Belgium, and 'Pond' signifies the Atlantic Ocean separating the UK and the US.
