Zudem werden Catering-Dienstleistungen angeboten. Es wird beim Restaurant-Konzept darauf geachtet, dass ausschließlich Bio-Zutaten und nach Möglichkeit regionale und saisonale Produkte verwendet werden . Zielgruppe sind Menschen, die - wert legen auf guten Geschmack (unabhängig davon ob vegan oder nicht) - offen sind für Neues - bereit sind Geld für gutes Essen auszugeben - große Überschneidung mit den LOHAs (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability)

A elegant touch for the logo would be nice. But it can also have a little avant-garde touch. Logo must look good on paper but also on a bronze signboard at the outside oft he restaurant. => good long-distance and close-up effect Logo should work as a picture alone but also together with the name ---------------------------------------------------------- Ein edler Touch beim Logo wäre fein. Zudem darf aber auch ein wenig avantgardistisch anmuten. Das Logo soll auf Papier gut wirken. Es sollte aber zum Beispiel auch als Bronze-Schild, das außen am Restaurant angebracht ist und von beiden Seiten mit einem Strahler beleuchtet wird, gut wirken. => gute Nah- und Fernwirkung! Das Logo soll rein bildlich, losgelöst vom Text, wie auch mit Text funktionieren.
