Es ist eine Verwaltung welche ein strategisches Projekt startet. Dieses Projekt respektive Programm trägt den Namen STR2020. Es sollte daher seriös aber doch dynamisch, zukunftsgerichtet sein. Die Zielgruppe ist sicher einmal die eigenen Mitarbeiter aber natürlich hat dies auch eine Oeffentlichkeitswirkung. Das heisst andere Verwaltungen und der Bürger schaut auf dieses Projekt.
