Hauptgeschäftsfeld ist die Verwaltung von Immobilien im Großraum Berlin. Nebentätigkeiten sind Baudienstleistungen, Bootshandel, Elektronikhandel - das Logo sollte daher nicht speziell auf eine der Tätigkeiten abgestimmt sein, also allgemein gehalten werden. Gerne kann Bezug auf Berlin genommen werden. Der volle Unternehmensname sollte wenn nur kleiner dargestellt werden. Im Vordergrund sollte die Abkürzung QVI stehen. Es ist wichtig, dass das Logo gegenüber anderen Unternehmen aus dem Bereich Handel und Bauhandwerk sowie Behörden Vertrauen schafft.
