About us
The counseling center "Hörst du mich?" is an offer of the Caritasverband Siegen-Wittgenstein e. V. for children of parents with life-threatening illnesses. Our offer is aimed at children and adolescents whose parents have life-threatening illnesses or have died. We offer - free counseling (by phone, in person and online), - support from trained volunteer family companions, - need-oriented referral to other services, - bereavement services for children and young people (group / individual), - training of volunteer family companions, - consulting, further education and training of multipliers. The consulting center is partly financed by donations and the fundraising offer is intended to attract companies, foundations and private individuals as donors.
