About us

Ich bin Fachtrainerin für Prävention (nach der Geburt). Mein Konzept ist ein ganzheitliches Bewegungs- und Betreuungskonzept speziell an Mütter nach Abschluss der Rückbildungsphase. Die Mütter können in Ruhe trainieren und sich Zeit für sich nehmen, während die Kinder im Nebenraum betreut werden. Mama kann mal eine kurze Pause vom Alltag nehmen.
