About us
Bei unserem Produkt SlimAC handelt es sich um ein Instrument für die Personalauswahl und -entwicklung in Unternehmen. Während klassische Assessment Center (AC) sehr lange dauern und eine Vielzahl von Kompetenzen bewerten, stellt das SlimAC eine Kurzform dar. Mit diesem Produkt können einzelne besonders relevante Kompetenzen überprüft werden (z. B. Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Problemlösefähigkeit). Es lässt sich alleinstehend anwenden oder in ein bestehendes AC integrieren und verfolgt eine spielerischen Ansatz (Serious Games). Wir sind ein kleines Team in der Vorgründungsphase und möchten unser Produkt vor allem in Unternehmen und Organisationen anbieten, die bereits komplexere Personalauswahlverfahren wie z. B. ACs anbieten.
