Quiero mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas enseñándolas que comer comida real, hacer deporte y evitar los ultraprocesados no es solo bueno para su salud y su cuerpo sino también para ser más felices y tener más energía. ¡Comer sano y rico es posible!. Mi eslogan siempre ha sido "Cuando la comida no es solo comer..."
