Primarily the biggest design element is in the Ü. This needs to be an obvious smile. The logo should feel warm and happy. GÜD is a brand that will have multiple subsidiaries as companies underneath the GÜD brand such as: GÜD Greens, GÜD Buys, GÜD Foundation, etc. Therefore the GÜD logo needs to stand on it's own and allow for various companies to be able to plug "greens" or "buys" or "foundation" underneath or to the side of the GÜD logo, and the GÜD logo needs to stand on it's own as well.
