We produce and sell desserts such as: cakes, pies, pancakes, cookies, tarts, etc. Our target audience is in the C, C-, C+ income segment, and are loooking for a high quality product with accesible price and good customer service. I´ll be pleased to answer other questions about the target audience because i´m not too familiar with the right answer. PLEASE DO NOT USE A CUPCAKE IN THE DESIGN

The name can be organized as "Carlota Pastelería" too. The color (mint) can be used as secondary or background. The "salmon color" just as detail or to accent the design. I´m focusing on a modern font were the letter "C" stands out. The exact color i´m using is BEHR Chilled Mint
