I am creating a truck (as a food trcuk, but I will not prepare any food inside), who will go to different town markets every day. It is a traveling grocery store for organic and local products without packaging. Everything will be in bulk to help people to decrease their packaging consumption. Our products sold in bulk are from organic and local farming. We promote short circuits by highlighting our local producers and artisans. In the truck you will find Alimentary product (rice, pasta, flour, sugar, leguminous plant…) Cosmetic produit (solid shampoo, soap…) Cleaning product (powder, liquid in refundable bottle…) Zero waste product (inox straw, flask…) People will ask what they would like to buy : exemple : 1,5 kilogrammes of pasta, and 500 grammes of crakers, and I will give them the exact amount of product in a kraft bag or ideally in a refundable jar.
