Het moet een duidelijke logo zijn wat het assortiment weerspiegeld. Het assortiment wordt helder, duidelijk en niet te uitgebreid. De klant krijgt keuze maar niet te veel. Er wordt een assortiment aangeboden waarvan we kunnen stellen dat dit om zn minst nodig is om een bar te kunnen exploiteren. Prijscategorie zit meer in het middellage segment
