About us
ACTA (action tank) is a collaborative platform that promotes sustainable development, uniting Communities, Businesses and Institutions under a common goal. The main objective is to elevate Panamá City to become the most sustainable metropolis in Central America by 2040. We will do so by creating a "sustainable innovation zone" within the city of Panamá, where we will experiment with sustainable-oriented innovative policies, technologies and other solutions. This is an action tank (as opposed to the typical think-tanks) run by young entrepreneurs who wish to change how things are done. The project is backed by Global Urban Development, a worldwide network of experts in city-making. Keywords include: Vanguard, innovation, sustainability, urbanism, laboratory, experimentation, public-private, collaboration, design, community, planning. Avoid greenwashing! We are looking for an attractive, minimalist logo that will catch the eye of the 21-35 y.o. entrepreneurs. Have fun!
