Create a Nice Logo for Professional Band "Miljö"

We're a professional band that plays 250+ shows/year mostly in the region around Cologne, Germany. We're tightly connected to the Cologne carnival and sing in our local dialect. Our musical style is best described as contemporary rock/pop music with folky elements (accordion, banjo, etc.). We are searching for a logo as well as a symbol. Please refrain from incorporating instruments into the logo, e.g. guitars, pianos, etc. The symbol should be strong and recognizable enough so that we can put it up as a back drop at our concerts or print it on merchandise items for example. We currently do have a logo that we have used for almost seven years now, so please don't deviate too much from the color scheme of it.
