About us
"natürlich gsund" is e Swiss German expression that means "naturally healthy". I do trainings and consulting in the world of fitness and wellness. I help people, who want to lose weight, want to do something for their fitness or just want to live healthier. "naturally" because my trainings are mostly outdoor-activities in nature. Some examples of my business: - food analysis and advice - personal plans and trainings - nordic walking / running courses - (perhaps later: classical massage and aerobic) The goal is, that healthyness is going to be as a matter of course ("naturally" in the meaning of "of course").
