About us
Interventions en entreprises pour évaluer les Risques Psycho Sociaux et élaborer un plan d'actions pour les réduire voire les éliminer et tendre vers une nouvelle qualité de vie au travail. Objectif : aider les entreprises à surmonter les problèmes liés aux RPS (absentéisme, arrêts maladies pour burn-out) et de comprendre les difficultés des salariés (démotivation, perte de sens dans le travail, surcharge de travail, travail monotone, répétitif). Médiation du travail : outil de prévention des RPS afin de restaurer le dialogue, de résoudre un conflit. Le médiateur est un tiers neutre, impartial qui se doit d'agir en toute confidentialité et équité afin d'aider les 2 personnes ou 2 groupes en rupture de lien ou difficulté relationnelle à trouver leur propres solutions. L'écoute et l'empathie font notamment partie de sa palette d'outils. Cible : associations, ESS, TPE via des structures/agences/cabinets proposant prévention RPS et médiations
