Catalina Café is a Fair-trade Certified coffee roasting company, bakery, and café that was establish in 2011. The owners named the café after their youngest child Catalina and has designed for the environment to be comfortable with warm colors, seating areas for people to relax and use free wifi, and areas where even kids can enjoy games or color. The company has one main location with a full menu in Southeast Tallahassee and another location that just sells coffee and baked goods downtown Tallahassee in the All Saints District. Catalina Café roast its own coffee and wholesales to different businesses in Southeast United States coffee shops and grocery stores. The café also bakes in-house including unique quiches, breakfast breads, and other baked goods and caters to other local businesses for breakfast and lunches. With steady growth within the past few years, the business is looking to move the store that is in downtown Tallahassee to a bigger facility on Gaines Street and add a full menu. The business is also looking to purchase a bigger coffer roaster and baking equipment to help with the increasing demand.

We have a logo and interested in incorporating the slogan above into the logo. We are also interested in changing the logo a bit to make it more modern. We are a coffee shop that uses brew by the cup options. So maybe incorporate a Chemex or Kettle pouring on top of the logo, etc.
