Ich arbeite mit den Konzepten der Transaktionsanalyse. Kennzeichnend sind die 3 Kreise für die 3 Ich-Zustände dieses Persönlichkeitsmodells. Siehe: https://dgta.de/ Die 3 Kreise können im Logo vorkommen, müssen aber nicht. Ressourcen Schmiede ist von meinem Nachnamen abgeleitet. Das Logo soll mehr das kognitive Arbeiten und weniger das handwerkliche Arbeiten hervorheben. Das gemeinsame Arbeiten im Coaching basiert auf inneren Denkprozessen, Gefühlen, Zielen und Werten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Ressourcen des Klienten.
