Il y a un jeu de mot sur le nom du logo, il s’agit d’une boule à facettes mais en changeant une lettre, le F en « M » la fameuse boule avec ces Facettes devient Moule !!! LA MOULE A FACETTES !!! J’ouvre un restaurant-dégustation d’huîtres, moules et fruits de mer. J’aimerais réunir l’esprit «guinguette électro» pour faire danser mes convives jusqu’au bout de la nuit. Je souhaite attirer une clientèle de 30-50 ans. Je me situe sur un lieu très touristique uniquement l’été sur une île. Mon restaurant est face à la mer. Les mots d’ordre : Bar à Fruits de mer - Disco - Burlesque
