Offizieller Geschäftszweck lt. GmbH Satzung: Dienstleistungen und Beratung für produzierende Industrien und Logistikunternehmen sowie Entwicklung, Rollout und Vertrieb von Software-Lösungen für diese Industrien und Unternehmen, einschließlich verwandter und begleitender geschäftlicher Tätigkeiten. Unser Selbstverständnis: Die Namensgebung "nextLAP" ist angelehnt an Steve Jobs "NeXT" Company und steht für die nächste Stufe, für (die nächste) Innovation und für Kreativität. "LAP" steht einerseits für "Logistic and Production" aber auch für das engl. Wort "Runde". In letzterem Sinn verkörpert es auch die nächste Evolutionsstufe, Innovationskraft und Gestaltung. Zielgruppe: Zielgruppe sind alle produzierenden und logistischen Unternehmen und dort die TOP Management bzw. Vorstands Ebene, die offen sind für Veränderung und Innovation. Diese Industrien sind von Natur aus eher konservativ, befinden sich aber in einem dramatischen Wandel aufgrund des internationalen Wettbewerbs und müssen daher Innovationen fördern und zulassen. Ein aktuelles Schlagwort in diesem Kontext ist "Industrie 4.0", das die nächste Evolutionsstufe der Automatisierung produzierender Industrien beschreibt.
