Hawa Mayotte est l'association agréée par le ministère français de l'écologie pour la surveillance de la qualité de l'air du département de Mayotte. Notre mission est de mesurer la pollution atmosphérique et de transmettre les données relevées aux pouvoirs publics, ainsi qu'au grand public. Nous avons une mission officielle, réglementaire, néanmoins l'aspect communication/sensibilisation est important dans nos activités. Nos membres sont l’État français, les collectivités locales, les industriels locaux, et les associations de protection de l'environnement.
