We offer coaching: Coaching, Training/Seminars, Lectures, Books ( in Germany, Austria, Swiss) A value-free view of one's own behaviour helps to solve problems once and for all. This is the only way to decide whether and which changes can lead to more success, money, happiness and self-confidence. Changes initially make us insecure. However, if we hold out long enough, we gain stability and security in our own abilities, that is in ourselves, in order to solve every task. The company, respectively I offer: Individual coaching on the topic of personal change, decision making and goals. I offer seminars and lectures about security and de-escalation and about goals and decisions. Target group: Adults from the end of 20 to mid 50. Men and women. Executives, executives, people who want to solve recurring problems.

Values: it should appeal to people and convey energy. Drawing strength from yourself is a value. It is worth it to persevere. It is worth it to overcome oneself and to do something different than before and to do it continuously. There is something to gain, even if I was frustrated and disappointed before. The power lies in me. Stylistic preferences: I like the colour orange in combination with grey tones. I don't want it to be too colourful. It should be simple, effective and memorable. The lettering - Change yourself - should symbolize the two components change and stability, which actually contradict each other. I don't want big graphics, I want it to be simple and to the point. Not playful.
