[DE] Das Jobcenter Köln unterstützt Kölnerinnen und Kölner, die nicht genügend Geld für ihren Lebensunterhalt haben und hilft bei der Integration in Arbeit. In einem internen Projekt wollen wir den Einfluss unseres Jobs auf die psychische Gesundheit der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter evaluieren. [EN] Jobcenter Köln supports Cologne residents who do not earn enough money and helps them find a new job. We want to evaluate the impact of our job on the mental health of our employees. Thus, we are going to start an internal project.

[DE] Für die interne Kommunikation im Rahmen dieser "psychischen Gefährdungsbeurteilung" soll ein Key Visual entwickelt werden. Hierbei kann es sich um etwas Abstraktes (Gegenstand) oder etwas Figürliches handeln. Das Key Visual sollte nicht zu kindlich oder verspielt sein. Ziel ist – neben der Wiedererkennbarkeit über alle Kommunikationsmittel – vor allem die positive Verknüpfung des Bildes mit dem Projekt. Es muss außerdem barrierefrei sein, also nicht zu detailliert oder auf die Farben konzentriert. Der Zusammenhang zu Kopf/Gehirn liegt nahe, wir sind aber für kreative Ideen offen. (Ein Tier zum Beispiel könnten wir uns aber eher weniger dafür vorstellen...) Vorstellbar ist auch eine detailliertere Variante für größere Formate und eine vereinfachte Alternative, wie eine Art Icon. A key visual is to be developed for all internal communication. This can be something abstract (kind of object) or some character/mascot (figurative). The key visual should not be too childish or playful. In addition to being recognizable through all communication, the visual should be positively linked to the topic of the project (mental health). It has to be barrier-free, i.e. not too detailed or focused on the colors. The connection to the head / brain is obvious, but we are open to creative ideas. (Nevertheless, we hardly can imagine an animal, for example…) A more detailed variant for larger formats and a simplified alternative, such as an icon, are also conceivable. [DE] Wir freuen uns auf Out-of-the-Box-Ideen, die nicht zu behördlich geprägt sind. Ein Zwinkern darf gerne dabei sein. [EN] We look forward to out-of-the-box ideas that are not influenced by us being an authority/office.
