About us
Psychologische Unternehmensberatung, Recruiting, Komplexitätsforschung im Unternehmen Unser Name – TILLIT – ist norwegisch und bedeutet Vertrauen. Das Wort schreibt sich rückwärts wie vorwärts, denn Vertrauen geht nur von beiden Seiten. Im rauen Klima der norwegischen Westküste entstanden bringen wir unser Wissen nun nach Deutschland und helfen Unternehmen sich langfristig zu entwickeln und krisenfest aufzustellen. Dabei verbinden wir wissenschaftliche Forschung mit unternehmerischem Pragmatismus. Wir suchen ein Logo, das ein Gefühl der Stabilität ausstrahlt, klassisch und minimalistisch ist und doch zeitgemäß. Denkbar ist ein Logo, dass nur mit der Symmetrie von Tillit spielt. Oder den Gedanken der Stabilität integriert (ein Leuchtturm im Sturm oder einen Fels in der Brandung). Hierbei kannst du das eingefügte Bild benutzen (Rechte liegen bei uns), musst du aber nicht. Wir stellen uns etwas cleanes vor, eher schwarz/weiß und schörkellos, lassen uns aber gerne von etwas anderem Überraschen. Wir benötigen ein Logo nur mit Tillit und eines mit Untertitel (Institut für komplexe Entscheidungen).
