Portalia designs (with external architects), builds and manages real estate projects ( office buildings and strip centers). We are currently working on our first 2 projects and we want them to be innovative and to appeal to the high end market. our customers are international companies that want to rent offices or retail companies/restaurants that will want a selling space in a strip center. Our projects will be located just aside the biggest mall in Lima. What we want to communicate to the customers is the following: - We are a trustful solid company - We are dynamic with a very flexible structure (small working team with very fast decision making process) - We have a different way of seeing real estate projects with long term view (we only rent we don't sell) and innovative designs and thus we are ready to take some risks - We want our brand to be elegant and bold

in our offices our seiling and one of the walls is a dark blue/green which is elegannt and modern. It could be nice to use it We also like the idea of haing some copper colour as we are based in Peru which is one of the main producers.
