Die Förderung von Wissenschaft und Forschung, die Gesundheitsvorsorge sowie die Weitergabe dieses Wissensschatzes sind für uns, die gemeinnützige Aronia ORIGINAL Die Stiftung, von zentraler Bedeutung. Die Aronia-Original-Stiftung wird… - Forschungsvorhaben und -projekte, die sich mit der gesundheitsfördernden Wirkung der Aroniabeere beschäftigen, fördern und begleiten, - unter der Voraussetzung der Finanzierbarkeit, eigene wissenschaftliche Studien zur Aroniabeere in Auftrag geben, - Therapeuten ausbilden, - Pressearbeit zur Aroniabeere betreiben und - über den Gesundheitsnutzen der Aroniabeere aufklären/neueste wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, ökologische Methoden und innovative Lösungen für eine gesunde Ernährung fördern und verbreiten Zielgruppe: Natur- und Gesundheitsinteressierte 30+ (40%) und 50+ (60%), Menschen die auf natürliche Art Gesund bleiben wollen, Menschen mit chronischen Erkrankungen, Menschen die eine gesunde Lebensweise führen möchten

Die Zielgruppe ist aufgeteilt in Endkunden zum einen und Therapeuten und andere Heilberufe. Die Endkunden sind überwiegend weiblich und setzen sich überwiegend aus Menschen 50+ und 60+ zusammen. Bei der Stiftung geht es vorallem darum den Gesundheitsnutzen der Aroniabeere zu erklären und die Aroniabeere zu einem Basislebensmittel der täglichen Ernährung zu machen.
