About us

We rent under the name "schoenermieten.de" modern, high-quality equipped rooms on airbnb. In the future also via a leasing platform on all other channels such as booking and hrs etc. The logo and the letterhead should fit into a high-quality overnight experience in a state capital like Stuttgart. The letterhead is used as a template for the offers and invoices in the booking software. The design should also be usable on Facebook and Instagram. The webiste will be replaced based on a template after logo creation. Wir vermieten unter dem Namen "schoenermieten.de" moderne, hochwertig ausgestattete Zimmer auf airbnb. Zukünftig auch über eine Vermnietungsplattform auf sämtlichern anderen Kanälen wie booking und hrs etc. Das Logo und der Briefkopf sollen zu einem hochwertigen Übernachtungserlebnis in einer Landeshauptstadt wie Stuttgart passen. Der Briefkopf wird als Vorlage für die Angebote und Rechnungen in der Buchungssoftware verwendet. Das Design soll auch auf Facebook und Instagram nutzbar sein. Die Webiste wird auf Basis eines Templates nach Logoerstellung ersetzt.

Had opportunity to rework this little fella to match client business. Used line art to combine house and location pin for Imapura, property search engine. Pretty satisfied with end result.

Slab serif monogram
Monogram logo for real estate investors, done in classic slab serif style yet with modern appearance. Working on three letter monogram is always a daunting task, so I love how this one turned out. Straight and blocky letters with uniform line thickness are merged and interconnected in such fashion that overall icon perfectly fits the square, and all letters are easily readable without putting too much strain on the eye. This compact icon paired with modern font, features bold black and red colors rounding this design as one timeless brand carrier.

Modular and responsive wordmark

Final and approved logo design for a real estate investment and development company of the new era, focused on multifamily housing for the millennials. Breaking the mold of whats common in real estate world, this custom and unique wordmark is built on simple and blocky letters, which in returns makes this design so modular and responsive. Minimalistic letter form that is still clearly readable is allowing this wordmark to be aranged in a number of layouts, each carrying same unmistakable recognition and unique look.

Real estate branding redesign
With a new concept, changing the face that traditional real estate agents normally look like, Maison Global is established company based in Sydney, looking to redesign their branding to be more in line with the new business model. After a few concepts tried, we settled on this modern and abstract monogram. Diamond-like isometric facets are forming letter M inside this 3D wireframe, featuring mesmerising Bondi Beach colors. Paired with modern lettering in dark charcoal shade, this logo pops from the page and is easy to remember, while managing to escape the obvious in the industry, which both me and clients liked.
