I am a personal coach for executives and managers on all levels. I use the systemic approach and Besides, I offer facilitation especially for difficult and conflictary situations among persons and groups. If companys of small and middle size face a major change situation, no matter if caused by growth or cost reduction, I help aswell to structure processes and and also help develping company values and fostering team building. The target group is situated in Northern Germany. Besides that, the special offer is to coach management and staff with my horses (iceland horses). We call it "horse assisted coaching".

In my approach, values and focussing on results are the key assets. The number four stands for the four legs of my assistants- my horses. Another reference is the four-sides model (also known as communication square or four-ears model). It is a communication model by Friedemann Schulz von Thun. I would like to emphasize that I offer very tailor-made coachings and facilitations. For me it is important that my appearance stays serious even though having horses as coaches.
