About us
Maison DULER L’exigence de la simplicité Se suffire de la nature, l’écouter, la respecter. Un quotidien toujours humble, souvent délicat, jamais acquis. C’est ainsi que la Maison Duler travaille à l’essentiel depuis 1984, autour de Patrick, son fondateur. La simplicité comme un luxe, sans être simpliste. Le domaine Saint-Géry (près de Cahors) est un village à lui tout seul dans le monde du goût : 70 hectares réunissant une production agricole bio, des produits d’exception (jambon, truffe, foie gras etc.), une table gastronomique et des chambres, pour un séjour raffiné. Un savoir-faire reconnu par les produits eux-mêmes : les choix et la patience de l’Homme se traduisent par une longueur en bouche sans pareille. Une adresse hors du temps, entièrement dédiée à la gastronomie, plébiscitée par les Chefs étoilés comme par les gourmands.
