Create the brand identity for Conexión Mexicana (a.k.a. Mexican Connection)

Our company has two main activities: 1) Importing Mexican products (mainly food and botanicals), which are sold either to retailers, via offline channels, or to end consumers via 3 websites that we own. 2) We are creating a platform where European companies interested in Mexican products can collaborate to source products and reduce import costs.

Conexión Mexicana means Mexican Connection in Spanish. Please note that the attached file is just a reference of a work done by a designer last year. However, we never really used it because the design didn´t convince us. The concept/idea is nice but we didn´t like the colours nor execution of it. Feel free to use this concept if it resonates with you and you feel that you can improve it. We just want to clarify that we are open for new ideas and therefore we welcome new designs! TIP: we would like our company´s relationship with Mexico to be shown in the design. Subtle elements in the design that can accentuate this relationship will be highly appreciated!
