When designing the 𝐃𝐄𝐂 logo (𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐃𝐄𝐂.𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩), it is important to keep all of the below requirements in mind. The logo should be simple, memorable, timeless, and versatile. It should also accurately represent the 𝐃𝐄𝐂 brand and its history and values. The final logo design shall incorporate both a LOGOMARK and a LOGOTYPE. It is also designed to be informative, conveying the key messages of the circular economy. Carbon is one of the most fascinating elements in all of nature, with chemical and physical properties unlike any other element. The possible geometries of those bonds also enable carbon to self-assemble, particularly under high pressures, into a stable crystal lattice. If the conditions are just right, carbon atoms can form a solid, ultra-hard structure known as a diamond. It was designed in the 1980s and hasn't been significantly updated since. It's time for a fresh, modern look that reflects our company's current values and mission. The current logo is not only visually dated, but it's also difficult to read when projected during presentations and events, and difficult to read and reproduce at small sizes. We are looking for a modern logo that could not totally unliked from the past version, but we are also considering a completely new logo design, provided the design reflects the company's values and mission.
