About us

Die boerding messe GmbH & Co. KG veranstaltet verschiedene Messen, vor allem im HR-Bereich. Die neue Messe TALENTpro in München, die am 22.03.2018 im Münchner Postpalast stattfindet, soll über Banner beworben werden. Die Zielgruppe sind Fachbesucher aus folgenden Richtungen: - Personal Recruiter - Personalleiter & Personalreferenten - Personalentscheider der öffentlichen Verwaltung - Employer Branding Verantwortliche - Active Sourcing Verantwortliche - Geschäftsführer [keine Produkte & Services der HR Branche] - „3rd-Party“ Recuiting Dienstleister - Pressevertreter / Influencer Die TALENTpro soll sich von den übrigen HR-Veranstaltungen abheben und hat daher ein "hippes" Design bekommen. Es soll als Expofestival wahrgenommen werden, Spaß verkörpern und Wissen mit Netzwerken und Freude verbinden.

What's your vision?

Die Farben der TALENTpro stehen schon fest. Ebenso arbeiten wir mit einem "Color-Festival-Theme" und einem Slogan (Expofestival für Lösungen im Recruiting, Talentmanagement & Employer Branding). Auf unserer Webseite kann man das bisherige Design anschauen: http://www.talentpro.de Ein Pluspunkt ist es, wenn die Farben (Farbklekse) auf eine Art und Weise in den Banner einfliegen würden. Eventuell verbunden mit Logo und Internetseite. Die Banner können bevorzugt eine Größe von 300x600, 336x280 und 728x90 haben.

Grundsätzlich geht es darum, Lust auf einen Ticketkauf zu machen. Daher kann mit Emotionen (Spaß, Coolness, etc.) gearbeitet werden. Es sollte jedoch auch auf den Inhalt des Expofestivals hingewiesen werden: http://www.talentpro.de/programm-tickets.html Hier wäre es gut, wenn vor allem auf die Keynotes (http://www.talentpro.de/programm-tickets/top-acts.html) und Highlights (http://www.talentpro.de/programm-tickets/highlights.html) verwiesen wird: Außerdem wünschen wir uns einen "Call-to-action-button" und die Webseite als Info. Darüber hinaus kann mit Animationen gespielt werden. Es soll etwas interessantes fürs Auge entstehen.
