Client's brief stated that their product is organic, small batched, kitchen-made, nut butter made with coconut oil and 3 different kinds of nuts and almond.
Our main goal was to try and achieve a good blend of vintage looking and contemporary.
We made the logo in the stamp form, using vintage elements such as serif/retro fonts - we feel that elements like this go well with the concept of organic, natural, handmade, micro-business
The contemporary feel was presented by using simple, clean lines [frame], stylised leaves [we cerated generic ones, as you produce products from more than one plant] and modern script font.
Client also requested versions of the logo with and without the slogan, as well as using colours yellow blue and grey [we offered several combinations we liked and let them give us more input once they have seen finalised logo].
