The biggest challenge in selling my product is educating the customer on what the product does. I'm hoping to create the product packaging to take on the roll of educating the customer but not be too busy and overwhelming.
My current vision for the packaging (although I'm open to suggestions for other ideas) would include instructions on what the product does.
Step 1 would be "Wrap crescent or biscuit dough around the top of the Cookum Stick" and then an image of a cylinder canister of biscuit/crescent dough alongside an image of the Cookum Stick with dough around the top of it.
Step 2 : "Roast it in the campfire" then there would be an image of a Cookum being roasted in the campfire using the Cookum Stick
Step 3: "Remove the dough so that you're left with a cup-shaped pastry that you can fill with any kind of delicious ingredients" then an image of an empty Cookum and different ingredients around it (i.e. fruit, cookie butter, chocolate, pudding, jam, pie filling, whipped cream)
Maybe we can include a step 4: "Scarf it down!" with an image of someone eating the Cookum.
I've included images of some Cookums as well as the process of making them. Also, here is a link to some Cookum recipes: https://cookums.com/blogs/cookum-re…first-post
And here is a link that has the instructions on how to make a Cookum:
I'm open to using either photos or illustrations or a combination of both.
I may also include a window in the box so that customers can see the product.
