Skymeister got their new product label by running a design contest:
Help Havemeister Farms with a new product label

We are a small 150 cow Dairy Farm in Palmer, Alaska. We have an on farm Creamery and will be bottling and selling milk to local super markets.
What's your vision?
I want a design that will be used on my milk jugs and will be the face of our creamery (shirts, business cards, delivery truck, cheese labels). Havemeister Farms should be the name on the label and will have to include UPC and nutritional information. The milk jugs will be the standard 1 gallon white jugs and will need to display either skim, 1%, 2%, or whole milk. I was looking to possibly alternate the colors of the label for different fat contents, like whole milk will have a red cap on the bottle, 2% blue cap, skim green cap, 1% yellow or light blue. My only ideas so far were to possibly have an old milk separator in the background or an old milk can but I am open to any and all ideas. The label will also need to have the Alaska Grown stamp on it which you can find if you google it, but I assume you guys can do that later if we find something we like. I want to push the locally grown aspect of our dairy and I am open to anything really, I like simple and clean but don't want that sterile look that you see on the larger creamery and coop labels.
Our farm was established in 1935 by my grandfather who was a colonist to alaska and I am the 3rd generation to work it. I would like people to know that but probably don't have the label space to do a bio type thing. We have been milking cows on this farm for over 70 years but this will be the first time that we have actually bottled our own milk and put it on the shelf, we always sold to a creamery or coop before, so the marketing aspect is very new to us. Our farm is located in the the matanuska susitna valley in between palmer and wasilla. The photo I uploaded of the milk jug is that of my competitor. My jug will be the same size and the label will need to be the same size but my jugs will be WHITE not yellow.
